When you click on the Client Management Console link in the Main Menu you will be directed to Virtual Agent Manager. There are 2 options available:

  1. Set default CC policy.
If you want to receive a copy of each email that is sent to your users set the default to ON. If not, set the default to OFF. This will affect emails from new users. For users already registered you can change this setting in the User Details screen.

Until the user does this, their status is Not validated. You can resend the validation email by clicking on the link Resend validation email that uppears under the Not validated status. You will be then redirected to User Details page with additional message "Virtual Agent Validation email was resent."

The table contains email listings that were sent to the client over the past 90 days. The table shows the dates, number of listings sent on each date, and a "View listings" link in each row of the table. If there were no email listings sent to the registered client, "There are no recent emails" will display instead of the table.

To see the email contents click on the View Email link in the last column sent to the client on the date specified under the Email Date column.

Clicking on View Email will display the Sent Email Details screen. It lists the following:

    Delete User Account Link

Click on Delete User Account located in the last column of the "Virtual Agent Registered Users" table to delete a registered client’s account. A pop-up dialog box asking you if you are sure you want to delete the user, will display. If you delete the user, all saved searches and all saved listings for this client will be deleted as well.
